In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, sugar, onion, dill seed, salt, baking soda and yeast.

In a small saucepan, heat cottage cheese, water and oleo. When very warm, add to dry ingredients. Add egg whites and beat on low speed until dry ingredients are moist, then beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.

Turn out on a floured surface and knead about 8 times.

Place in a bowl that has been sprayed with Pam or vegetable oil.

Cover and let rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
