Old Fashioned Rice Pudding
Slow-baked rice pudding stirred with whole milk, sugar, raisins, and cinnamon until creamy and lightly skinned on top. The dessert your grandmother probably made on cold Sunday afternoons.

Combine all the ingredients in a casserole.
Bake, uncovered, 3 hours at 300Β°.
During the first hour, stir 3 times with a fork so rice won't settle.
After first hour, stir in 1/2 cup raisins, dates or figs.
