Old Fashioned Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes and 1 c. herb season stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut slices from top of cabbage and cut out inside of cabbage, leaving 3/4-inch shell.

Heat oven to 350Β°.

Cook and stir ground beef until light brown; drain.

Stir in 1/2 cup tomato sauce, tomatoes, stuffing mix, onion, garlic and salt; breaking up tomatoes.

Fill cabbage with beef mixture.

Place in Dutch oven. Mix remaining tomato sauce, water and any remaining meat mixture into Dutch oven around cabbage.

Cover and bake 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

Remove cabbage from Dutch oven, cut into wedges, spoon sauce over wedges and sprinkle with cheese.
