Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies
Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. soda, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In medium bowl, combine flour, soda, salt and oats.
In a large bowl, cream margarine at medium speed with an electric mixer. Gradually add sugars, beating well.
Scrape down sides of bowl and then add egg whites and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add the flour mixture, raisins and blend gradually at low speed until combined.
Drop by 2 teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet, coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Put on wire rack to cool.
Yields 3 dozen.
