Non-Butter Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. oil (safflower or corn oil) and 3 tbsp. cold skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Sift flour and salt together into mixing bowl.
Mix the oil with the cold milk, and pour all at once into the flour.
Stir lightly with a fork until blended, adding more liquid if necessary to make dough hold together.
Divide the dough into 2 portions. Refrigerate until ready to prepare pie.
