No-Fat Three Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. green beans, cut in 1/2-inch pieces, 1 c. cooked garbanzo beans, 1 1/4 c. cooked kidney or pinto beans, 1/4 c. sliced red onion and 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Steam green beans for 5 minutes until barely tender.
Remove from steamer immediately.
Combine all beans and onion in bowl or storage container.
Prepare dressing by beating the vinegar, honey, water and apple juice with a fork until well blended.

Cover and let marinate at room temperature at least 30 minutes, then chill 30 minutes.
