New Potato Casserole
New Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 15 small new potatoes, 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated, 1 stick margarine, melted and lawry's seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook potatoes with skins on.
When cool, slice 1/4-inch thick and layer half of potatoes in a large 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Cover with half the bacon and half the cheese.
Repeat with potatoes, seasonings, bacon and cheese. Dribble melted butter over all. Heat at 325Β° until hot (about 25 to 30 minutes).
If done ahead of time, leave off butter until right before it goes into the oven.
Good with hamburgers, steaks, etc.
