New England Clam Chowder
New England Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can minced clams, 1/3 c. diced salt pork, 1/2 c. diced onions, 1 (15 oz.) can clam juice and 3 c. diced potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown pork in saucepan.
Add onions and saute until onions are tender.
Add clam juice and bring to boiling point.
Add potatoes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add clams and milk.
Simmer about 30 minutes.
Do not boil.
