Mustard Pork Loin
Mustard Pork Loin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. boneless pork loin, rolled and tied, salt and pepper, 1 1/2 c. mustard (salad), 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 3 crushed garlic cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan.
Salt and pepper roast, then spoon on mustard mixture (mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic cloves and Kitchen Bouquet mixed together. Bake at 350° in a covered roaster approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until 170° internal temperature has been reached.
Remove roast; let cool for slicing, about 15 minutes or so.
Drain drippings.
Add water enough for gravy; thicken and serve while hot.
