Mushrooms Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, stemmed, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, salt and pepper to taste and 1/4 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Clean mushrooms.

Place in baking dish which has been brushed with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Sprinkle with parsley, garlic, oregano, 1/2 of bread crumbs and grated cheese.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour balance of oil over this.

Sprinkle with balance of bread crumbs.

Bake in 325° to 350° oven for about 25 minutes or until tender.

Add 1/4 cup water if mushrooms become too dry and bake 5 minutes longer.

Serve hot.

Serves 6.
