Mushroom Quiche
Mushroom Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, 1/4 c. sliced onions, 1 c. half and half and 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Brush the inside of pie shell with a small amount of the beaten eggs.
Prick bottom and sides with a fork.
Bake shell for 5 minutes or until light golden brown in a 425° oven for metal pan or 450° for glass plate.
Reduce temperature to 350° for metal pan or 375° for glass plate.
