Mushroom Pie
Mushroom Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 2 large onions, chopped, 1/2 pt. sour cream, cooking sherry to taste or any wine and 1 (8-inch) double pastry crust, chilled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Slowly saute mushrooms and onions in butter or oleo.
Sprinkle little flour over it.
Add wine and mix well.
