Mushroom Meatballs
Mushroom Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. water, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs and 2 tbsp. minced onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine soup and water.
Measure out 1/2 cup soup mixture and combine with bread crumbs, ground beef, onions, egg and salt. Shape into meat balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Brown meatballs in a large skillet, using 1 tablespoon oil.
Add remaining soup mixture, cover and cook over low heat about 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
You may shape into patties if you prefer.
