Mushroom Casserole
Mushroom Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. sour cream, 2/3 c. milk and 1 c. diced cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute mushrooms in butter for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and cover.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Stir in flour.
Slowly add sour cream and milk.
Season to taste.
Cover bottom of shallow pan with croutons and pour mushroom mixture over.
Top with diced cheese.
Do not stir.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes.
Delicious. Serves 8 to 10.
