Mushroom Casserole
Mushroom Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. rice, cooked, 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, quartered, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained and 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook mushrooms in butter.
Add rice.
Heat on low for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soup, spinach and cheese. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Stir before serving.
Top with extra cheese.
Makes 5 cups.
