Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. warm water, 2 tbsp. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix warm water, yeast and 2 Tbsp. sugar together until yeast is frothy.
Beat eggs.
Add yeast mixture to eggs plus vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and water; mix well.
Add in flour.
Knead and add up to 1/2 c. of flour if necessary.
Dough will be sticky. Once dough has been kneaded, let rise until it doubles, approximately 2 hours.
Melt butter and pour into 2 bundt pans. Roll dough out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut out circles with a glass (2 to 3 inches in diameter).
Arrange circles of dough in bundt pans.
Let rise 30 to 45 minutes and then bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
