Mom's Moist Chocolate Cake

Sift together dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add oil, coffee and milk.
Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat 2 more minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour into two greased and floured 8-inch round cake pans. Bake at 325Β° for about 40 to 60 minutes. Cool cakes for 15 minutes before removing from pans.
Ice cake with any icing you want to use. Freezes well.
