Mom's Clam Sauce
Mom'S Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 garlic bulb, 4 can chopped clams (6 1/2 oz. each), salt and pepper, sweet basil and chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute minced garlic in olive oil until light brown (the more garlic the better!).
Drain clams.
Add juice only to sauteed garlic.
Save bottled juice.
Add salt, pepper and basil.
Heat for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add clams.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add chopped parsley and tarragon (just a sprinkle).
