Mock Lobster
Mock Lobster is an easy dinner. Made with cod fillets, thawed, 3 tbsp. white vinegar, fresh lemon, water and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
Lay on rack (a cake cooling rack works!) in a heavy, covered skillet.
Pour water into skillet to a level just below touching the cod.
Add 3 tablespoons vinegar and water; cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until fish is cooked through.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over (and if calories are no problem, melted butter).
