Mock Filet Mignon
Ground-beef patties wrapped in bacon and broiled to mimic a steakhouse filet on a budget. Smoky, juicy, and an old-school church-cookbook trick for dressing up hamburger.

Combine hamburger, Worcestershire sauce, onion, catsup, garlic juice, salt and pepper.
Shape into 4 patties.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each patty.
Secure with toothpick.
