Mexican Stew
Mexican Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. stew meat, 1 can green chiles, 1 medium onion, 1 bell pepper and garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown stew meat in a little oil and simmer in its own juice while chopping onion and bell pepper.
Add them to meat, along with chiles, tomatoes, water and garlic salt to taste.
