Mexican Meat Pie
Mexican Meat Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped and 1 (10 oz.) can ro-tel tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat with onion and pepper.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/2 each of the tortillas, meat, beans and cheese.
Repeat layers.
Top with soup.
