Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, 1 can ranch style beans or pinto beans, 2 tbsp. chili powder and 1 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown meat.
Add onion, beans, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole and line with tortillas.
Layer with meat mixture, tortillas and cheese. Spread mushroom soup over cheese.
Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes over entire dish. Bake at 350Β° until bubbles, approximately 30 minutes.
