Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 bulb garlic, chopped fine or crushed or 1 small can green chilies, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet or large pot, brown meat in oil. When brown, add onion and garlic. Saute 3 minutes. Turn off heat and add soups and sauce. Cook on medium heat until almost boiling. Add cheese (cut into pieces) until creamy. Stir often to prevent sticking.
Line baking dish with broken soft tortillas.
Spoon layer of meat sauce and layer of tortilla, ending with meat sauce. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes. Serve with toasted tortillas.
