Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1 can ranch style beans, 1 can cream of celery soup, 12 corn tortillas and garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute onion and ground meat until brown; drain.
Add Ranch Style beans, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Simmer on low.
Line a greased casserole dish with 6 corn tortillas, pour meat and bean mixture on top.
Add Velveeta cheese slices.
Add remaining tortillas.
Mix cream of celery soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes in separate bowl.
Pour on top of casserole and bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
