Meatballs(Party Style)
Meatballs(Party Style) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 4 slices white bread, 3/4 c. milk, 1 onion, chopped fine and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Have meat ground together 2 or 3 times.
Crumble bread and add milk.
Stir to blend until it is of paste like consistency. Combine with meat in mixing bowl and add seasonings and eggs.
Beat and stir with wooden spoon until stiff.
Dip out rounded teaspoonfuls and roll between hands into 1-inch balls.
Place on waxed paper for about 1/2 hour to dry.
Brown balls in 1/2-inch hot shortening.
Put in single layer in baking dish.
Add bouillon and bake about 30 minutes in 350Β° oven or until most of the broth is absorbed.
