Meatballs
Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, 1/2 lb. ground pork, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs and 1/4 c. minced parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix all ingredients together and form into meatballs, 1 1/2 to 2-inch diameter.
Heat margarine and oil in large skillet.
Fry meatballs over low heat until brown and cooked through.
Great in spaghetti sauce.
Recipe can be doubled and half of meatballs frozen for future use.
