Meat Loaf Italiano
Meat Loaf Italiano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. condensed italian tomato soup (from 11 oz. can), 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. italian seasoned dry bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Firmly shape meat mixture in 2-quart oblong baking dish, into 8 x 4-inch loaf.
Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is no longer pink (160°).
Drain off fat, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.
Combine remainder of can of soup, 1/4 cup water and reserved drippings in small pan; heat.
Serve over meat loaf.
Makes 6 servings.
