Meat Croquettes
Meat Croquettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. fat, 4 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk, 2 c. finely ground cooked meat and 1 tbsp. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt fat; add flour and blend.
Add milk and cook until very thick, stirring constantly.
Add meat, onions, seasonings and parsley.
Chill thoroughly; form into cylinders, pyramids or patties.
Dip into crumbs, then into slightly beaten egg mixed with 2 tablespoons of water and into crumbs again.
Chill.
Fry in hot deep fat (380Β°) until brown.
Serves 4.
