Meat Ball Casserole
Meat Ball Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, beaten slightly, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. minced onion and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Mix well together and form in balls.
Heat oil in frypan over medium heat and brown balls.
Remove balls from frypan.
Add 3 tablespoons of flour to drippings in pan.
If necessary add a bit more oil or butter to mix the flour.
Then add 2 1/2 cups (a No. 2 can) whole tomatoes and juice.
Stir and let simmer to get thickened.
