Liver And Onions is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. liver, 1 medium onion, sliced and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Roll slices of liver in flour. Saute in butter until brown on both sides. Saute thinly sliced onion rings in another frying pan until golden brown.
Place liver on platter.
Turn onion rings into pan in which liver was cooked.
Add 2 tablespoons hot water. Stir to loosen sediment in pan.
Pour over liver and let stand for 10 minutes.
