Lemon Veal
Lemon Veal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. veal scallopini, pounded, 1/2 lemon, sliced, parsley, 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dip veal in flour; pan-fry in melted butter and oil for 1 minute per side.
Remove to tray.
Put mushrooms in pan and stir until soft, not browned; add lemon juice to pan and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour over veal; top with lemon slices and parsley. Serves 4.
