Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. butter, melted and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg yolks slightly.
Add 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, butter, lemon juice and lemon rind; mix well.
Blend in milk, cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens; cool.
Fold in sour cream, pour into pie shell.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gradually add the 6 tablespoons of sugar, beating until meringue is stiff and glossy and all sugar is dissolved.
Spread over filling.
Bake for 10 minutes or until meringue is lightly browned.
Yields 8 servings.
