Lemon Bread Pudding
Lemon Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. dry bread or 2 c. soft bread, cut into small pieces, 4 tbsp. butter, 3/4 c. sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Soak bread crumbs with milk 1/2 hour.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in eggs, lemon juice, rind and vanilla.
Stir in the milk mixture.
