Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground round, 1/4 c. polyunsaturated oil, 1 1/2 c. onion, diced, 1 garlic clove, minced and 1 medium green pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large saucepan, heat oil.
Saute onion, garlic and green pepper until tender.
Add ground round, salt and pepper.
Cook until meat is done and drain well.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano and parsley.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until sauce has thickened.
While cooking, if sauce becomes too thick, add a small amount of water.
