Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. salad oil, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In hot oil in heavy pan, fry garlic and onion until soft.
Add beef; cook and stir until crumbly.
Mix in salt, pepper, rosemary and tomato paste, blended with hot water.
Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
In shallow baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, put a thin layer of sauce, then layer of 1/2 the noodles, layer of cottage cheese, dotted over noodles, then thin slices of Swiss cheese; more sauce, noodles, Swiss cheese and remaining sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
