Ketchup
Ketchup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 48 medium tomatoes, 2 ripe red peppers, 2 ripe green peppers, 4 onions and 3 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Quarter tomatoes; remove stems.
Cut pepper into strips. Slice onions.
Blend in blender until soft.
Pour in large pot. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, red pepper and spice wrapped in a spice cloth.
Simmer in a slow oven on 325Β° until shrinks in half.
Remove spice cloth.
Pour into hot jars.
Process 10 minutes.
Makes 5 pints.
Cook in oven approximately 7 more hours.
