Jerusalem Kugel
Jerusalem Kugel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. salt or to taste, 1 lb. capellini spaghetti, 1/2 c. cooking oil, 3/4 c. sugar and 4 eggs (or substitute), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place 1 teaspoon salt in about 3 quarts water and bring to boil.
Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 5 minutes.
Drain well and set aside in saucepan.
In a medium size saucepan, heat the oil and 1/2 cup sugar.
Stir constantly until sugar turns very dark, almost black, about 10 minutes.
Pour hot caramel into pasta immediately and mix well.
Cool slightly.
