👨‍🍳 Instructions

Combine green peppers, jalapeño peppers, vinegar and sugar in saucepan.

Boil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Strain through cheesecloth.

Add food coloring.

Bring to a boil.

Add Certo.

Boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat.

Pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace; seal with 2-piece lids.

Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

May substitute red food coloring for green.
