Italian Sausage Spinach Pie
Italian Sausage Spinach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage bulk, 1 medium onion, 6 eggs, 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen spinach and 4 c. (16 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a skillet, brown sausage and onion until the sausage is done and onion is tender, drain.
Separate one egg and set aside the yolk.
In mixing bowl, beat remaining egg white and whole eggs.
Stir in sausage, onion, spinach, Mozzarella, Ricotta, garlic powder and pepper.
Line a 10-inch pie plate with bottom pastry.
Add filling.
Top with upper crust.
Seal and flute edges.
Cut slits in top of crust.
Combine water with remaining egg yolk.
Brush over top of crust.
Cook at 375Β° for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Let set 10 minutes.
