Italian Sausage
Italian Sausage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. lean boston pork butts or 1 1/2 lb. lean beef and 3 1/2 lb. boston pork butts, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 1/2 tbsp. black pepper, 1 tbsp. red pepper and hog casing (small ones), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cubes.
Mix salt, black pepper and red pepper together.
Large pan mix thoroughly the seasonings and meat together.
Fennel seed to meat mixture and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate.
Clean pork casing by rinsing in warm water, then water run through the casing to clean inside.
Grind meat with chili plate first, then with sausage plate stuff sausage in casing.
Cook sausage in 350Β° oven for 1 hour or until done.
