Italian Meatballs
Italian Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chuck, chopped, 1 to 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. garlic powder, 1 medium onion, minced and 1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley or dried parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients in large bowl or pot, adding only enough bread crumbs to hold mixture together.
(Don't want mix to be too dry.)
Shape into meatballs.
Brown in hot oil.
Drain on paper towels, then add to simmering Italian sauce (recipe in sauce section).
Skim off any fat that forms on sauce with spoon.
