Hungarian Style Goulash
Hungarian Style Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 6 medium onions, thinly sliced, 2 lb. beef stew meat, 1/4 c. paprika (yes, this much) and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook onions, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
Add stew meat, paprika, salt and bay leaf.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 3 hours or until meat is fork-tender, stirring occasionally.
Discard bay leaf, stir in sour cream.
Serve over noodles.
Makes 6 servings.
