Hungarian Goulash
Hungarian Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef, cut into cubes, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 1/4 tsp. salt and 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat on all sides; add onion.
Combine the mustard, brown sugar, salt and paprika.
Combine Worcestershire sauce, catsup and vinegar; add to mustard mixture.
Add to the meat and add 1 cup of water.
Stir and cover.
Cook over low heat until meat is very tender (1 to 2 hours).
Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup water.
Add to meat mixture.
Stir until thickened.
Serve meat mixture over cooked noodles.
You may need to add more water as it cooks.
