Hungarian Goulash
Hungarian Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 lb. cubed middle cut of chuck, 3 medium onions, diced coarsely, 1/2 green pepper, diced, 1 can whole tomatoes (2 c.) and 1 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions and green pepper in oil until golden brown.
Add tomatoes and simmer until soft and thickened.
Add the cubed meat which has been seasoned with salt and paprika.
Cook covered until almost done, about 1 1/2 hours.
Add ketchup, vegetables and enough water to cover ingredients.
Cook slowly until done. Serves 8.
