Humus
Humus is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pack garbanzo beans, tahini (can be purchased in natural food store), 1 lemon (juice), salt and red pepper and olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil the garbanzo beans in a pot (water should cover the beans).
When the beans are cooked and soft, remove from the stove and let it cool down.
Grind the garbanzo beans in a blender with the water left after boiling; add lemon juice.
Add salt and 6 spoonfuls tahini.
Put in Pyrex.
Add red pepper, olive oil and parsley (chopped) on top.
