Mix by hand.

Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon into mixing bowl.

Add sugar oil, vanilla and beaten eggs, mixing well.

Mashed bananas and pineapple, mixing just until well blended.

Place in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

Bake for

1 hour and 20 minutes in a 350Β° preheated oven.

Cake will crack slightly on top.

May also be baked in 3 nine-inch layer pans for 25 to 30 minutes or until it tests done. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
