Hot Milk Cake
Hot Milk Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 2 1/4 c. flour, 10 tbsp. butter or margarine and 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat eggs at high speed in a mixing bowl about 5 minutes.
Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Combine flour and baking powder; add to batter with vanilla and beat at low speed until smooth.
In a saucepan, heat milk and butter just until butter melts, stirring occasionally.
Add to batter, beating until combined.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
Yields 12 to 16 servings.
Delicious with strawberries and whipped cream.
