Hi Protein Energy Bars
Hi Protein Energy Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/3 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Blend in milk.
Add dry milk crystals, wheat germ, flour, baking powder and soda.
Beat until well combined.
Fold in peanut butter chips and raisins.
Spread mixture evenly in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
When cool, cut into bars and wrap individually in foil or plastic wrap.
