Herbed Cornish Hens

Rub hens with oil.
Combine oil, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and cayenne; stir well.
Coat hens with seasoning mixture and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
Place hens in 2 (13 x 9-inch) baking pans.
